farms, where you take a hay ride out into the field, others are elaborate farm
stands with mountains of pumpkins and other activities and some are simple
roadside stands. Most have loads of pumpkins to choose from. To really make it
fun for your kids, look for those that have the extra activities, like a corn
maze, spook house, or hayride. There is usually a small fee for the mazes (of
course, the more elaborate mazes tend to charge more. Hayrides are often free.

Minnesota Cold Climate wine grapes, on 3,100 individual vines.
Some of the apples, and all of the grapes are used in winemaking at
Parley Lake Winery. Our rustic barn was built in 1888. Inside the barn,
you will find the Parley Lake Winery Tasting Room, as well as hand-made
crafts, colorful mums, kitchen ware, books, local honey, jams and
jellies, apple cider, pumpkins and much, much more. And of course, you
can't forget all the fresh apples! Every Friday through Sunday we
offer tractor pulled wagon rides into the Orchard to pick your own
apples. We also have kid's red wagons, if you wish to venture out on
your own. Back at the Apple Barn you will find friendly farm
animals, a kid's haystack, shady picnic areas and many, many photo ops.

190+ beautiful acres producing delicious Minnesota grown strawberries,
raspberries, pumpkins and 13 different varieties of apples that can be
picked by our customers at the peak of perfection. Strawberry season
starts approximately the second week in June, and runs through
mid-July. We are open Sunday to Wednesday from 7 am to 3 pm and and
Thursday to Sunday 7 am to 7 pm, weather permitting or until picked out.
Always call for an update on picking. Fall Raspberries usually starts
early August and goes until mid-October, or until we get a very hard
freeze. Our apple orchard is mainly "Pick Your Own" but we do sell
freshly picked apples by the peck, 1/2 bushel, and bushel, along with
apple cider, honey, jam, maple syrup and other Minnesota grown
products. If you like bargains, then come out during the week. It's
less crowded and the orchard runs weekday specials. And for great
family fun, visit us on the weekends for our hayrides. Throughout our
apple season enjoy apple donuts, apple fritters, caramel apples,
caramel apple sundaes, hotdogs, chips, soda pop, coffee, hot chocolate
and - of course - delicious fresh apple cider all from our concession
stand. This huge 15 acre corn maze is calling your name! The maze
is divided into 3 phases. Have a wedding, or reception, company event,
reunion, retirement party, birthday party, award ceremony, salesperson
of the year, finding someone special or getting rid of someone not so
special, New Years, or any other get-together in our beautiful
building for any special occasion. We can hold up to 300 people inside
or many more guests outside. Available are 8' banquet tables, folding
chairs, and picnic tables, both inside and outside. We have several
options available including tractor drawn hayrides, horse drawn wagon
rides, playground, yard games, etc.

Fall Hayrides and the other events take place every Saturday from
10-5 and Sun. from 11-5. Also, for the MEA weekend, the events will be open
on Thurs. October17th and Friday October 18th from 10-5 as well. Fall events
include hayrides, the corn maze, gem mining, silly string, bounce houses the
NEW CORN PIT and of course, the free petting zoo.

Ave., a few miles in from Hwy 94. The patch is a very manageable space
(great for children!) for a easy, quick fall outing! Beautiful orange, white
and pink varietal pumpkins! well priced @ $1-$20, most traditional carving
