Looking for a local pumpkin patch, corn maze, hayride, gourds and other Halloween activities in South-Central Kentucky? Scroll down this page and you will see the all of those in South-Central Kentucky, sorted by county. Some are farms, where you take a hay ride out into the field, others are elaborate farm stands with mountains of pumpkins and other activities and some are simple roadside stands. Most have loads of pumpkins to choose from. To really make it fun for your kids, look for those that have the extra activities, like a corn maze, spook house, or hayride. There is usually a small fee for the mazes (of course, the more elaborate mazes tend to charge more. Hayrides are often free. ALWAYS call before you go to confirm the info, they don't always report changes to me!

Most pumpkin patches and corn mazes usually open by mid September, some earlier! You may also like a local zombie event or Zombie Paintball!. After Halloween, find a Christmas tree at a local Christmas tree farm (and enjoy a bonfire, smore, hot chocolate and free hayrides, and often Santa visits! A haunted House put on by the London-Laurel Rescue Squad. Cost $10.00 in 2020. The London - Laurel Co. Rescue Squad has been putting on a haunted house for decades. This is our biggest fund-raiser put on by the members and family members. The money goes to the squad to help us help you. Please come enjoy the fright! Kids will be amazed at the self-feeding ducks and the goldfish pond! Take a tractor-pulled hay ride to the pumpkin patch where you can pick your own Halloween pumpkin off the vine! Our totally enclosed hay wagon makes it safe for even our smallest guests to enjoy the thrill. Also, this year we'll have Haunted Hayrides every Saturday evening in October! You'll find a barn full of fall treasures. Pumpkins, gourds, and mums of all sizes and prices. Beautiful hand-crafted fall decorations. A large roofed area of tables is available should you decide to make a day of it and bring a picnic.
    A visitor writes on October 16, 2012: "This is such a fun time for everyone, they have fish ponds, some rare animals and barn animals, kids can learn to milk cows, make butter, watch the pumpkin cannon every hour and go on fun hayride to handpick thier own pumpkins. It's an amazing place!"
