Looking for a local pumpkin patch, corn maze, hayride, gourds and other
Halloween activities in Southeastern Kansas? Scroll down this page and you will see the
all of those in Southeastern Kansas, sorted by county. Some are
farms, where you take a hay ride out into the field, others are elaborate farm
stands with mountains of pumpkins and other activities and some are simple
roadside stands. Most have loads of pumpkins to choose from. To really make it
fun for your kids, look for those that have the extra activities, like a corn
maze, spook house, or hayride. There is usually a small fee for the mazes (of
course, the more elaborate mazes tend to charge more. Hayrides are often free.

Most pumpkin patches and corn mazes usually open by mid September, some
earlier! You may also like a

After Halloween, find a Christmas tree at a
Christmas tree farm (and enjoy a bonfire, smore, hot chocolate and
free hayrides, and often Santa visits! And next Spring, you'll want to take your

with a REAL farm atmostphere! Admission is $8.00 (under 2 years free) and
covers everything except pumpkins, concessions and $1.00 rubber ducks for
the races. We grow all of our own pumpkins and have something for the whole
family to enjoy. Pumpkin Playground appeals to kids under 10 and offers them
a chance to rope a "bull", ride a "horse", milk a "cow" and race duckies!
The whole family will enjoy the 5-acre corn maze, hayride, and a corn

a sudan grass maze, barrel train through the woods and tunnel
and around the maze, a 30 minute hay wagon ride through the
woods and along the creek. You can also test you aim at the
pumkin chunkin. We have games, and playground area, or play in
the corn crib. You can also climb the haystack and slide down
the slide into the hay pile. Old farm equipment and antiques on
display. After the sun goes down try to find your way through
the maze in the dark or ride on a hour long eerie night hay
wagon ride through the woods.
