Looking for a local pumpkin patch, corn maze, hayride, gourds and other
Halloween activities in East-Central Michigan? Scroll down this page and you will see the
all of those in East-Central Michigan, sorted by county. Some are
farms, where you take a hay ride out into the field, others are elaborate farm
stands with mountains of pumpkins and other activities and some are simple
roadside stands. Most have loads of pumpkins to choose from. To really make it
fun for your kids, look for those that have the extra activities, like a corn
maze, spook house, or hayride. There is usually a small fee for the mazes (of
course, the more elaborate mazes tend to charge more. Hayrides are often free.

Directions: I-75 to M-81 exit; 1/2 hour East of Saginaw. Admission and
parking is free. Attracts nearly
50,000 visitors each year to the 4-day event, which takes place annually
on the first weekend in October starting on a Thursday. Events include
the Grande Parade, 5k road race, pie eating contest, pumpkin seed
spitting contest, free matinee movie, a haunted house, millionaire's
party, battle of the bands and inflatable playground with the Grande
Parade held on Sunday afternoon.
