Looking for a local pumpkin patch, corn maze, hayride, gourds and other
Halloween activities in New Orleans and Southeast Louisiana? Scroll down this page and you will see the
all of those in New Orleans and Southeast Louisiana, sorted by county. Some are
farms, where you take a hay ride out into the field, others are elaborate farm
stands with mountains of pumpkins and other activities and some are simple
roadside stands. Most have loads of pumpkins to choose from. To really make it
fun for your kids, look for those that have the extra activities, like a corn
maze, spook house, or hayride. There is usually a small fee for the mazes (of
course, the more elaborate mazes tend to charge more. Hayrides are often free.

Pumpkin Patch is situated on the church property at the corner of
Yale and Green Acres Road. The church will be selling pumpkins,
carving kits, and baked goods for this annual fundraiser.

a Pumpkin Patch at St. Augustine's Episcopal Church and
Pre-School in Metairie, LA. They have shipments of pumpkins and a
little bale of hay for pictures. I think the pumpkins are usually

which includes a pumpkin film viewing of Elmo Says Boo, the hayride,
pumpkin patch visit, trick-or-treat bag, coloring book, and a snack of
cookies and orange drink (Accompanying adults pay $2). Extra pumpkins
are also available for sale. Hours are weekdays from
9 am to 2 P.M (Pre-booked Students, daycares, schools). Open to
individuals on weekdays from 3 -6 PM. ($3 per child/$2 Adults).
Saturdays from 11 am to 6 pm and Sundays from 2 - 6 PM. $3.00 Per

2013: "Good Afternoon! I just called Montz's to make sure they were
still running, and they are! The price is now $6 a person and they run
Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 4 PM. The tractor leaves on the top of the
hour. I figured you'd like to update the information you have on your page!

2008:: "My daughter & I have gone to this every
year for about 5 years now. It's easy to get to -
just take Airline Hwy. From New Orleans, you'll cross over the spillway, stay
in the left lane, & turn left at the first street immediately off the bridge.
Follow it to the end, where you'll curve right onto River Road. The farm is
well marked, & will be on your right side, with the levee on the left. If
you're coming from Baton Rouge, you'll stay in the right lane, & turn right on
the last street before you get on the bridge over the spillway. It simply says
"Montz" on the sign where you turn."
