Looking for a local pumpkin patch, corn maze, hayride, gourds and other
Halloween activities in Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia? Scroll down this page and you will see the
all of those in Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, sorted by county. Some are
farms, where you take a hay ride out into the field, others are elaborate farm
stands with mountains of pumpkins and other activities and some are simple
roadside stands. Most have loads of pumpkins to choose from. To really make it
fun for your kids, look for those that have the extra activities, like a corn
maze, spook house, or hayride. There is usually a small fee for the mazes (of
course, the more elaborate mazes tend to charge more. Hayrides are often free.

Most pumpkin patches and corn mazes usually open by mid September, some

After Halloween, find a Christmas tree at a
Christmas tree farm (and enjoy a bonfire, smore, hot chocolate and

Maysville, WV. We need your help in shooting these "live
zombie's" with paint balls in order to keep them from taking over
the firehouse and getting past the firemen and answering 911
calls. The zombie's can't shoot back, keep them from getting out
of Grant County. Remember aim for their heads. Can't wait to see

Inn on the left. At the bottom of the hill, turn left onto Millville Road
(you will see a large flea market open on the weekends). Once on Millville
Road, go three-tenths of one mile and make a sharp left turn onto Alstadts

Take Rt 230 to Kidwiler Road. Nestled at the foot of the Blue Ridge near historic Harpers
Ferry, WV, Ridgefield Farm and Orchard is aptly named. The ridge dominates
the landscape, and the fields abound with apples, pumpkins, and Christmas
trees. Ridgefield Farm has been a family farm since the 1890's. There is an

Saturday and Sunday in October for PumpkinFest. The entire farm is decorated
for harvest, and there's live music, dancing, hayrides, a magic show,
